At V-Time, LLC, we believe that safe, stable housing is more than just a roof over someone’s head—it’s the foundation for a brighter future. Our mission is to provide affordable, sustainable, and community-integrated housing solutions for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, while offering wraparound support services that help them transition into independent living.

Based in Pasadena, California, V-Time, LLC was founded in 2013 with a deep commitment to social impact. Through innovative housing programs, collaborative partnerships, and a people-first approach, we are working to make homelessness a thing of the past.

Who We Are

V-Time, LLC is a socially-driven real estate and community support enterprise. Under the leadership of Asha N. Nwaki and Veronica A. Nwaki, we develop and manage housing properties tailored for those facing housing insecurity—including veterans, low-income families, and individuals transitioning from shelters or rehabilitation centers.

We serve communities in California, San Bernardino, Detroit, Ohio, Arkansas, and Memphis, with plans to expand into other underserved areas.

What We Do

We are not just developers—we are changemakers. Our work combines:

  • Affordable Housing Development – Building and rehabilitating properties to create safe, welcoming, below-market-rate homes.

  • Support Services Coordination – Offering job training, mental health resources, and financial literacy programs to empower long-term independence.
